Founded in July 2001, Friends of Undine Park (FOUP) is a Wyoming nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation and improvement of Undine Park, the oldest municipal park in Laramie. On August 4, 2012,  Friends of Undine Park, in conjunction with the City of Laramie,  is sponsoring the seventh annual Arts in the Park, an arts and music festival in Undine Park.

The board of directors is comprised of seven residents from the Undine Park neighborhood: Eileen Byrd (President) Lee Schick (Vice President), Leslie Irving (Secretary/Treasurer), board members Anndee Gilliam, Nick Zakis, Renee Tihen, and Tammy Speechley. This group of volunteers has the broad responsibility for promoting the mission and programs of FOUP.
